Who is Mimi & Lula?
Mimi & Lula is a fun and imaginative kids’ accessories brand designed to bring sparkle and joy to little ones’ everyday adventures. We create playful hair accessories, dress-up pieces, bags, jewellery, and party wear for girls aged 3 to 10.
Who are your products designed for?
Our accessories are created especially for children—particularly girls aged 3-10—who love to dress up, express themselves, and add a little magic to their outfits. Perfect for birthdays, playdates, holidays, and everyday fun.
Ordering & Delivery
Where can I buy Mimi & Lula products?
You can shop the full Mimi & Lula collection right here on our website: www.mimiandlula.com. We also partner with select retailers worldwide. If you'd like to be a stockist, apply here.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international delivery to most countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. You can view our full shipping information here.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 2–5 working days. International orders can take 7–14 working days depending on the location. We also offer express shipping options at checkout. Please note orders placed in peak periods such as sale and Christmas may take a bit longer to reach you due to delays outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven’t received it, please check your spam folder or contact us at customerservice@mimiandlula.co.uk
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in re-saleable condition. Read the full policy and how to return items here.
Do you offer free returns?
Currently, we do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Are your products safe for young children?
Yes! All Mimi & Lula products meet rigorous safety standards and are suitable for children aged 3 and over. Please note that some accessories contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years old.
Will you restock sold-out items?
We do restock some of our bestselling pieces- subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.
Can I find your products in stores?

Gifts & Promotions
Do you offer gift wrapping?
All orders come beautifully packaged in pretty paper bags ready to gift! For the perfect present, you can also purchase one of our gifting suitcases at checkout (available in pink, and cream). We will carefully pack your items into the case enclosed in a beautiful branded paper bag and sealed with a MIMI & LULA smiley face sticker. Find out more about this service here.
We are unable to provide additional packaging beyond what is offered.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various amounts, perfect for last-minute presents or letting little ones choose their own favourites.
Do you run promotions or discount codes?

Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your favourites, and speed up future checkouts.

Sustainability & Ethics
Is Mimi & Lula a sustainable brand?
Yes! From day one, we’ve worked to minimise our environmental impact, creating products and packaging that are kinder to the planet while delighting children with sparkle and creativity.
What materials and packaging do you use?
We use recyclable cards, biodegradable paper mailers, and minimal plastic. Our accessories are made using non-toxic materials, with increasing use of recycled fabrics, cellulose acetate, and FSC-certified or vegan leather alternatives.
Are your products ethically made?
Yes. We work with long-term, trusted factories that are regularly audited for fair wages, safe working conditions, and ethical practices. Our team in the UK also works flexibly and remotely.
Where are your products made?
All our products are made in China. We ensure that our factories share the same values as us and relevant checks are made to ensure they are fully compliant with fair treatment of staff and fair levels of pay. We do not use factories in the Xinjiang region of China.
What else are you doing to be responsible?
