An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Logistics Assistant.
This is a flexible role for a minimum of 3 days per week and working from home, you will be part of a fast growing team of 9 and will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Purchase and sales ledger
- Credit control
- Management of payments in and out and reconciliation of all bank accounts
- Weekly sales analysis and presentation to wider team
- Liasing with accountants and monthly handover
- Logistics / import and export admin, spreadsheet management and liaison with external teams
- Ad hoc analysis and admin duties
Experience and skills we're looking for:
- 5 years experience in a finance / book keeping role
- Proficient in cloud based accounting software - ideally Xero and/or Quickbooks
- Comfortable with Excel
- Experience in reporting and analysis of figures
- Experience of foreign exchange transactions / buying and selling currency a bonus
