An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance and Logistics Assistant.

This is a flexible role for a minimum of 3 days per week and working from home, you will be part of a fast growing team of 9 and will have the opportunity to grow and develop with the brand.

Key responsibilities:

  • Purchase and sales ledger
  • Credit control
  • Management of payments in and out and reconciliation of all bank accounts
  • Weekly sales analysis and presentation to wider team
  • Liasing with accountants and monthly handover
  • Logistics / import and export admin, spreadsheet management and liaison with external teams
  • Ad hoc analysis and admin duties

Experience and skills we're looking for:

  • 5 years experience in a finance / book keeping role
  • Proficient in cloud based accounting software - ideally Xero and/or Quickbooks
  • Comfortable with Excel
  • Experience in reporting and analysis of figures
  • Experience of foreign exchange transactions / buying and selling currency a bonus
