Mimi & Lula offer a variety of delivery options and ship worldwide. All orders are carefully wrapped and sealed with a Mimi & Lula sticker. If you have any special requirements or questions regarding your order, please contact us at customerservice@mimiandlula.co.uk 

We offer FREE standard delivery on UK orders over £25

Please be advised during exceptionally busy periods such as special offers or sale - our usual dispatch and delivery times may be temporarily extended.

UK Delivery

  • UK Standard Delivery (includes Mainland, Highlands, Isles, Northern Ireland & BFPO) - £2.99 (free on orders over £25.00) Trackable delivery in 3-5 working days.
  • UK Next Day Delivery - £5.95 Trackable delivery next day* (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays). Order before 3pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

*Please be aware next day delivery service takes 2 working days to Aberdeen, Cornwall, Dundee, Glasgow, Guernsey, Isle of White, Jersey, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isles. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Wednesday. Whilst our couriers aim to deliver the next day with this service, this is not guaranteed and a small percentage may take 2 days due to unforeseen circumstances on the couriers’ part.  Please contact customerservice@mimiandlula.co.uk if you have any concerns regarding delivery.

  • UK Upgrade to Next Day Delivery - £2.99 on orders over £25.00 Trackable delivery next day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays). Order before 3pm Monday – Thursday. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

Eurozone Delivery

  • Eurozone Standard or Express Delivery - Calculated at checkout based on delivery country. Trackable delivery. Shipping times will vary dependant on destination and will be accurately provided at checkout.

Rest of World Delivery

  • Rest of World Standard or Express Delivery - Calculated at checkout based on delivery country. Trackable delivery. Shipping times will vary dependant on destination and will be accurately provided at checkout.

Duties and taxes are included for all overseas orders.

Overseas shipping times indicate time taken once in transit. Please allow for 24-48 hours order processing time prior to shipment.

Please be aware the following countries have order limits set by local customs as follows:

  • China:  Maximum total order value of 1000 RMB
  • Argentina:  Limit of no more than 3 of the same item per order
